Medical Plans Medical plans administered by Anthem, Aetna or Cigna.
Dental and Vision Plans Compare the dental and vision programs to your spouse/partner’s coverage to see which is best for you and your family.
Maternity Management Programs (Anthem, Aetna, Cigna) Receive a $500 gift card if you enroll in one of the Maternity Management Programs by the end of your first trimester or $100 if you enroll by the end of your second trimester.
Supplemental Medical Insurance Consider whether one or more of the Supplemental Medical Insurance options is right for your family.
Mercer Marketplace Add your dependent to coverage within 31 days of their arrival through Mercer Marketplace. Review the list of eligible dependents here. Complete and submit the Affidavit of Spousal Equivalency if adding a Domestic Partner.
Vaccine Coverage Most vaccines for adults and children are covered at 100%.

Financial Aid for Adoption & Surrogacy This program reimburses eligible employees with at least six months of service up to $15,000 for specific expenses related to adopting a child under the age of 18 or born via surrogate
Life Insurance Spouse/partner life insurance is available in $5,000 increments up to $100,000; child life is available in $5,000 increments up to $20,000; consider increasing your supplemental life insurance.
Dependent Care Spending Account Contribute up to $5,000 annually with pre-tax contributions to cover eligible day care expenses.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account Contribute pre-tax dollars to cover eligible health care expenses (not available to you if you enroll in the $1,850 or $2,850 deductible medical plans).

Parental Leave Parental Leave provides up to 16 weeks of paid leave to care for a child after birth or placement for adoption or foster care, including birth via gestational surrogate.
Short-Term Disability Short-Term Disability provides 6 weeks (vaginal birth) or 8 weeks (c-section) for the birth of a child.
Serious Illness in the Family Leave Serious Illness in the Family Leave provides up to 4 weeks of paid leave to care for an ill spouse/partner, parent, in-law or child.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Contact the EAP if you find that you or a household member may be struggling emotionally and need assistance.
Estate Planning Now is a good time to prepare/review your will and update your estate planning through the Legal Plan.
