Reimbursement & Claims

How do I receive reimbursement for any of my tax-advantaged accounts?

To file a claim, log into the Pearson Benefits Marketplace and do the following:

  • Look on the left, scroll down and click on “Your Savings and Spending Accounts” under Quick Links
  • This will take you to the Mercer Marketplace Accounts portal
  • Scroll down and under “I Want to:” you will see “File A Claim”
  • Click on “File A Claim” and follow the directions as noted

Need to order a replacement card?

To order a replacement card, log into the Pearson Benefits Marketplace and do the following:

  • Look on the left, scroll down and click on “Your Savings and Spending Accounts” under Quick Links
  • This will take you to the Mercer Marketplace Accounts portal
  • Select the Profile Tab, then Banking/Cards.
  • You can order a new/replacement card by clicking on Report Lost/Stolen or Order Replacement under “Debit Cards.”
