Empower | Webinar: 401(k) Matching for Student Loan Payments

Register for this 401(k) Matching for Student Loan Payments webinar which will take place on May 22 or May 29 at 1 pm Eastern, where you will learn about the new benefit offered effective May 20. During these webinars, we will unveil Empower's Student Debt Solution powered by Candidly. Pearson’s newest benefit is designed to help employees take control of their student debt and save for the future. In this session, you will:

According to the Mental Health Foundation, physical activity is good for your mind and body. Regular exercise such as walking, swimming, gardening, dancing, and yoga to name a few can release chemicals in your brain that make you feel good. The following virtual classes offered by Wellhub can get you started! And the best part, you don’t have to join Wellhub to participate!

Yoga with Natalie Young | May 14, 1 pm Eastern

Register for a yoga and meditation session with Natalie Young during Mental Health Awareness Month. This session is open to all and is designed to be accessible to all levels of experience. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.p>

Stretch More, Stress Less | May 28, 1 pm Eastern

Register for “Stretch More, Stress More” virtual class and find out how to incorporate movement into your daily routine, whether at work, at home, or on the go. During this you will learn how to enhance mobility, alleviate body pain, and improve sleep.
