Back-up Care Connection helps employees secure and pay for temporary child or senior care when their regular care plans are disrupted due to planned events (e.g., school closings, caregiver vacations) or unexpected events (e.g., illness, inclement weather). The program helps employees get to work by providing:
- Support for planned and emergency child and adult care needs
- Access to network of highly credentialed providers
- Small copay for up to 20 visits per year
- 24/7 support from Specialists
