|You are currently enrolled but don’t want coverage in 2015||Log onto the Oracle HR System to waive medical, dental or vision coverage|
|You want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2015||Log onto the Oracle HR System and make your 2015 elections|

- Log onto the Oracle HR System (https://myportal.pearson.com)
- Select the Oracle R12 HR and Payroll link (on the left side of the screen)
- Select PHRP US Employee Self Service
- Select Benefits
- Select Enroll or View Elections, Dependents or Beneficiaries
You must log onto the Oracle HR System from Nov. 10th – Nov. 21st (ends at 11:59 p.m. EST) to make your benefit elections. No enrollment exceptions to this deadline will be permitted.
Review your current life, accident and disability insurance coverage to ensure they provide adequate protection if you or your family were to experience a loss. Ensure that your dependent and beneficiary information on file, including social security numbers, is up-to-date and make any changes if necessary.
